Exchange and replacements

We aiming to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Dispatch time dependents on whether the item is in stock or out of stock.

It takes 1-7 days

NO Only ground floor delivery (By the Communal door only)

Our couriers will deliver between the hours of 8am-6pm

Goods are delivered flat pack for home assembly. We fully comply with the Distance Selling Act 2000

Usually all our mattresses are vacuum packed for easy delivery and storage. These will be wrapped up and in some cases stored in a box.

Please note, we do not take away your old mattress nor do we provide an assembly service.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • Payments have not been made
  • Goods were ordered incorrectly

Incorrectly ordered items or cancelled orders cannot be returned.

Goods that have to be exchanged must be retained in exactly the same condition as they were acquired. These goods must show no evidence of assembly and must be in their original packaging.

Goods that show any sign of assembly cannot be returned. Items that are returned incomplete will not be credited and this includes fittings, knobs, etc.

Assembled goods cannot be returned.

In the event where returned goods cannot be credited these items have to be collected within 7 days. After this period the item will be disposed of and will incur a disposal charge of £50.  Handling charge of £50.

Couriers  will only collect items which have not been assembled, in their original packing and on receipt of an authorised returns form.

If you wish to exchange your order an exchange charge of up to £50 will be incurred.
Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts.
